Walking around on those What do you call 'em? Oh, feet . . . Week 56

Helloooo

This week was full of soooo many adventures. We were figuring out our area and finding so many amazing people!!

I don't have a whole lot to say this week... but it was full of lots of biking and walking. This weekend my companion's bike broke so we spent some time walking around our area... it was a little farther than we expected but it was still sooo worth it!

We saw so many beautiful sunsets!

And Saturday night the ward had a halloween party and we got our friends to come with us to eat chili and do a little trick or treating!! Super super fun!

Highlights!!

☆ going to bed at 9:45

♡ Spiritual Thought ♡

We listened to this talk as a mission and wow isn't it powerful!! You all should listen to it! The testimony bore through Joseph B Wirthlin. You can hear it in his voice how much he loves the lord and the testimony he has of the 2 great commandments!

I loved this quote:

"He has given to each of us a heart capable of experiencing the pure love of Christ."

We have the gift from God to feel his pure love! It's hard to feel his love in a world so crazy but he had promised to those that search for it, you will find him!

Hellooooo!!!

Highlight of the week.... transfers.... I got transfered out of my area SM6 :( bye bye Hermana Vanderbilt.....well not really I reopened an area and so I just got a new companion :) but I'm still in the same apartment and in the same ward :)

But now I'm with Hermana Searle!!!!!!

It's been my dream to be her companion! And now I'm killing her off so it's going to be the best transfer ever!

Before transfers was good. We just had some really good lessons and talked to some really cool people and we got to eat some yummy food at our members taco shop!

After transfers it has just been soo fun... we didn't receive information for our area until Saturday night, so transfers were Thursday and we had 2 days of just finding and trying to stay in our area! We found some really cool people!

Also I'm on Bikes!!!!

Catch me talking to literally everyone! My companion might get sick of me but it's so much easier to go follow someone to talk to them on a bike!

And I figured out how to ride a bike in a dress 👗 so we are basically unstoppable here😎

Anyways this week was super amazing and we are just partying it up here!

We have been focusing on how we are acting as missionaries and that being a disciple of Jesus Christ is not just an attitude but a lifestyle and we should strive to live as if the savior stood besides us. Standing here, it's all so clear. I'm where I'm meant to be . . . Week 54

Hellooooo

I'm pretty sure the weeks are just going by faster and faster...

But this week was sooo good!

Tuesday and Wednesday were pretty packed with lessons. We have a few really cool friends that we are having lessons with!!

Wednesday!!! We had the biggest miracle ever!!! I got to talk to one of our members, Santi!! Oh boy do i love him, he is deaf Although he doesn't know a ton of sign, I was able to pull out some ASL and chat with him!!

Thursday I had exchanges with the wonderful Hermana D. We stayed in our area and had so many really cool lessons... and a lot of them were canceled but... we did get to talk to Santi and we talked about temples!!!!

Friday we had exchanges again but this time I went with Sister Farnsworth to San Luis Obispo and was in YSA for the day!!

We had sooo many really cool lessons!! And it was Panda Friday so we went and got fortunes for the upcoming transfer... mine said that my dreams would come true.... so who knows what will happen.. also this Thursday is transfers!! Already?!?! Yes I know it went by super fast!!!

Saturday we really just had a lot of lessons and we invited a lot of people to church! And my best friend Juan Miguel came and we got icecream!!!

Sunday!!!!! TEO GOT BAPTISED!!!

I'm so happy for him 🙂 he was just so happy to be there and it was such a special day!!!
