Hello!
This week was lowkey kinda crazy and I don't remember a ton but...
Tuesday was pretty amazing. We had normal lessons and then I got to do the English class Facebook Live with Hernama Santa Maria! So basically if you want to see me awkwardly stand and try to teach English, watch our lives on Friday nights!! We got to go over to Gonzales and eat just the most amazing food ever!
Wednesday was just crazy. We ended up going to Oxnard for a meeting for some Facebook things and so we hung out there for around two hours! Then we got to go to dinner with Gonzales again and we went to this family in the English ward, the senior Barlows! They are just the sweetest and were so very welcoming to let us crash their dinner!
Thursday was crazy. I was on exchanges again in Oxnard. It was a pretty chill day. We ran into this guy. His name is Jesus but we are friends now and he said we could call him Peaches. He shared about his family and how he got to California and he truly was just so sweet and helped us to feel so much joy! I most likely won't see him again but he was really cool and a blessing in my day!
Friday was Zone conference so we spent the day in Ventura and that was just so amazing and we got to learn so many helpful things! Then we ended up just staying in Oxnard the rest of the day for some training!
Saturday was just a very crazy day! We had some lessons and lots of cancels and just so many things went wrong but it was truly a beautiful day to see the Lord's hand in our work and I'm so so grateful for it!
Sunday!! Of course it is just always the best day! We got Rene to church and Nancy and her kid Daniel! It was so exciting to see our friends come to church! Then we got to go to the family Avila's and eat some pretty amazing Ecuadorian food.

Spiritual Thought
1 Nephi 17
" 13 And I will also be your light in the wilderness; and I will prepare the way before you, if it so be that ye shall keep my commandments; wherefore, inasmuch as ye shall keep my commandments ye shall be led towards the promised land; and ye shall know that it is by me that ye are led."
One of the elders in my district told me this was his favorite and so it's been on my mind!! And I know that anytime that we feel we are in darkness if we take the time to look around I promise you will see His light!
Love you all so so much
